Office building
A 1972 industrial and telecom reinforced concrete building transformation into a modern office hub.
Structural and seismic upgrade – damaged concrete remedial strategy implementation and structural design of new elements within the service and aesthetics upgrade of the building in order to provide a contemporary work space.
The structure consists of 4 levels and is in contact with the adjacent properties. In the courtyard area a new safety steel staircase was constructed.
